Eligibility for Returns/Replacement: To qualify for a return, the gaming box must remain undamaged and in its original packaging, with all accessories intact. Additionally, customers must provide a video demonstrating the issue.

Refund: Upon receiving and verifying the returned gaming box, we will initiate the refund process, transferring the funds to the user via UPI & Net Banking.

Damaged Products: In the rare instance of the gaming box arriving damaged or defective, we offer free replacement or return. Customers should promptly contact our customer support team with relevant details and supporting documentation, such as photos or videos.

Replacement/Return Process: Our dedicated customer support team will assist you throughout the replacement or return process. Additional information or evidence, such as a video of the damaged or defective part, may be requested. Customers must report any defects or damages within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement.

Shipping Errors: If you receive the incorrect item or there is a shipment error, please inform our customer support team promptly. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped, covering any return shipping costs for the incorrect item.
